This gold lined DIY lampshade making kit is perfect for beginners or expert crafters who want to learn the art of contemporary lampshade making. You’ll learn how to apply the gold lampshade PVC to your fabric, how to attach the rings and how to create neat rolled edges.
You learn to make a 25cm diameter fabric drum lampshade which can be used on a lamp base or ceiling pendant.
By the time you have finished the kit you will have your very own bespoke lampshade and will have all the skills to create many more beautiful shades!

You will need,
Scissors
Iron
Pencil
Your choice of fabric
Your fabric will need to be the following size,
For a 25cm D size lampshade you will need a 95cm x 25cm piece of fabric
We recommend using a light to medium weight fabric, either a cotton, poly cotton or a linen/cotton mix. If you have any questions about fabric choice then do get in touch.
