Had this brought for me as a Christmas present.. Was thrilled with the thought but as a novice crafter who has no practical qualities I was a little nervous of tackling them.
Took the plunge today and decided to make the lights and I am thrilled with them. Used decoupage paper to cover them. Would recommend you get the creases out before you stick it on. Although with my choice of paper they don't show.
The template was easy to use but being the novice and as I say not practical some of my holes were not leave but only out by a small bit so doesn't reall y notice.
I have ended up with a lovely string of lights which I am totally delighted with. I would recommend this set to anyone and it would be suitable for an older child .
I will be getting some as Christmas presents. A lovely product!
